Research new alpha signals, build backtesting frameworks, and analyze market microstructure across Kalshi prediction markets. Strong stats/ML background required.
Design intuitive interfaces for complex trading tools. You'll work on dashboards, mobile views, and the onboarding flow. Experience with fintech or data-heavy products preferred.
